Acceptance of this document implies that the user has read, understands and comprehends what is set forth below, that they have sufficient capacity to contract and that they assume all the obligations undertaken on their part.

  1. Identity of the parties

On the one hand, Miralles 1986, and on the other hand the user, registered on the website using a username and password, for which he/she has full responsibility for use and safekeeping, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data provided to Miralles 1986.

  1. Subject of the contract

This contract aims to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale created between Miralles 1986 and the user at the moment when the latter accepts, during the online contracting process, the corresponding box.
